岗位职责：
1. According to specification, test plan and internal test description carry out testing and do documentation. As well make suggestions when there are problems existing.
根据测试规范、测试计划和内部测试说明进行测试并编写文档，并对存在的问题提出建议。
2. Conduct DV/PV (Endurance, Environment test-climatic test, vibration test, salt spray test and others).
进行DV/PV（耐久性、环境试验-气候试验、振动试验、盐雾试验等）
3. Make the timing plan, book the resource and track.
制定时间计划，预定资源并跟踪
4. Conduct the electrical tests (deeper knowledge of the product required)
进行电气测试（需要对产品有更深入的认识）
5. Conduct other tests according to the testing procedures and specifications.
根据测试程序和规范进行其他测试
6. Compile accurate test report.
编制准确的检测报告
7. Report testing data in timely manner.
及时报告测试数据
8. Communicate with internal and external regarding the failure of the tests and help with analyses.
与内部和外部沟通测试失效问题，并协助进行失效分析
9. Maintain CNAS17025 laboratory system.
维护CNAS17025实验室体系正常运行
10. Deal with tasks given by leader.
处理领导交办的任务

岗位要求：
1. Be able to operate test equipment such as climate chamber, vibration system, endurance test chamber, salt spray test chamber, dust chamber, oscilloscope, programmable power supply, etc.
能够操作测试设备，如气候试验箱、振动系统、耐久设备、盐雾试验箱、防尘试验箱、示波器、可编程电源等
2. Good teamwork
良好的团队合作
3. Good English in writing and speaking.
良好的英语听说读写能力
4. Work experience in the automobile industry and perhaps in the testing area is preferred.
有汽车行业工作经验或有汽车测试经验者优先
5. Work experience in testing area for lighting devices, vehicle components, BDU, Busbar and ICB products is preferred,
有车灯、汽车配件、高压配电盒、母排和ICB产品测试经验者优先
