Job Title : Operation Program Manager--A*ple Contractor Job Description As a site DRI to manage the CM, work closely with CM and internal teams to achieve business goals, ensure CM to fulfill deliveries, and drive continuous improvement. 61 Drive manufacturing operational readiness and project management, leveraging resources, ongoing efficiency, and improvement throughout the product lifecycle. 61 Short and long term capacity planning and execution with CM factories. 61 Lead regular meetings with CM to review the plans ( project schedule, ramp plan,CTB plan, supply plan, labor hiring, and etc) and communicate the plans with cross-functional team. 61 Monitor CM production, supply, and fulfillment status, work with CM partners to ensure performance targets for quality, on time delivery and throughput are met or exceeded from ramp to EOL. 61 Escalate and drive material GSM for support when there is material shortage issue. 61 Anticipate production and operational risks, and communicate and mitigate those risks. 61 Work closely with CMs to manage line bring-ups, qualification, material availability,and quality issues. 61 Engage into new product introduction & readiness review for factory ramp, SMT/FATP capacity plan, line & equipment readiness, Operator readiness etc. Ensure DL sufficiency for new product ramp 61 Conduct regular operations metrics performance review and drive continuous improvement with CM 61 Work as escalation point if any SR/Security/EHS issue related with OEM factory Key Qualifications 61 Bachelor's degree. 61 5+ years of project management experience in Manufacturing /Operations, and Supply Chain management. 61 Rich experience in manufacturing industry with Supply Chain Operations /Manufacturing background, 61 Good vision, analytical, process oriented and strong problem solving skills. 61 Excellent communication skill and interaction with people 61 Result oriented, strong in leadership and organization skills. 61 Willing to work at CM factory and can work under high pressure 61 Self motivated with innovation, integrity and attention to details, result driven Work Location 61 CM factory
