RESPONSIBILITIES 61 Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic customers across industries such as communications, automotive, medical devices, and industrial electronics. 61 Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company capabilities. 61 Develop and execute a robust strategy for identifying and acquiring new customers in target markets. 61 Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding. 61 Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking forums to generate leads and build brand visibility. 61 Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential customer segments and emerging opportunities. 61 Create and maintain strategic market maps and account plans to guide business development efforts and prioritize outreach. 61 Analyze customer profiles, competitor positioning, and market dynamics to inform go-to-market strategies. 61 Work closely with internal teams including engineering, operations, and supply chain to deliver tailored solutions to customers. 61 Report regularly on pipeline development, customer engagement, and market trends to senior leadership. 61 Identify and develop new regions, customers, markets and use entrepreneurial mindset to capture business and grow
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE 61 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 61 8–10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic account management within the electronics manufacturing industry (EMS, OEM, or ODM). 61 Demonstrated success in identifying and acquiring strategic customers. 61 Strong experience in market mapping, segmentation, and competitive analysis. 61 Deep understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and global supply chains. 61 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 61 Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
