1- Sample Submission: Assist in developing samples to meet customers design concept , arrange, track and control the delivery time for samples of the projects to ensure samples to be made correctly, and to meet customers’ timing /cost requirements & maintain and update status on critical path per requirements .
2-Order Follow-up Coordination: follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure team and customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
3- Vendor Coordination: maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production.
4-Maintain and set up showroom, arrange samples for the customers’ meeting or trade show, Attend meeting or trade show, assistant in handling the feedback and following-up of demand list and develop new customers.
5-Perform other duties/tasks as assigned by Supervisor &team such as QC ,factory audit else.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in Mandarin and English, English Capabilities of Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing is Basic Requirement. Familiar with Microsoft office operation
2. Self-motivated, self-discipline, Team Player, Problem Solver, good communication and negotiation skills and able & willing to work independently and under Pressure& willing to travel when necessary.
3. Graduates -college Degree or above, one or two years’ working experience in houseware products or in trading company is prefer.
