驻厂验收
岗位类别为：* 驻厂监督制造 以及 检查测试验收 类别的业主代表 *

最低资格和经验要求：
1. 有参与大型香港项目或类似国际项目的经验。需熟悉BSEN英标验收标准
2. 图纸和文件均为英文资料，需要具备良好的英文能力。

(a) Minimum Qualification and Experience:
i. Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma in Building / Structural Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 8 years' experience or Degree holder with at least 4 years' relevant experience.
ii. The relevant experience in facade & glazing, must have been gained within the previous 4 years and have experience in large scale Hong Kong projects or similar international projects.
iii. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
iv. Be fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Be fluent in spoken Putonghua.


(b) Particular Inspection Duties:
i. Record in & out materials with traceability system.
ii. Check materials and mill certificates.
iii. Check glazing, extrusion, and assembly dimensions.
iv. Check glazing and extrusion aesthetic appearance.
v. Check glazing surface flatness and roller wave distortion.
vi. Check glass edge grinding process.
vii. Inspect tempered glass heat soak testing as T3 TCP as per PNAP APP-37.
viii. Check PVB interlayer and inspect glazing lamination process and testing.
ix. Inspect Low-E coating process.
x. Check IGU spacer bar.
xi. Inspect gasket fabrication and quality control, including movement joints.
xii. Inspect louver fabrication and quality control.
xiii. Inspect structural sealant caulking process.
xiv. Inspect pre-treatment and chromate coating.
xv. Inspect PVF2 or powder coating process.
xvi. Check dry film thickness, gloss level and hardness of coating.
xvii. Inspect sealant compatibility test and adhesion test.
xviii. Check colour and gloss uniformity.
xix. Inspect factory internal QC testing, such as dry adhesion test, solvent test, structural sealant test, chemical resistance test, boiling water adhesion test, acetic acid salt spray test, impact test, snap test, gasket hardness test, fragmentation test, alum stud bend and re-bend test etc.
xx. Check glazing unit and aluminium panel assembly and quality control.
xxi. Check panel numbering system of the final products.
xxii. Check panels packing and protection of the final assembled products.
xxiii. Inspect performance mock up fabrication, set up and testing. xxiv. Prepare statutory report submissions, including but not limited to report on glass heat soak tests as per APP-37.


(a) 资历要求：
i. 屋宇/结构工程 或其他相关学科高等文凭/高等证书，8年相关工作经验；或最少4年相关经验的学位持有者
ii. 申请人必须在过去4年中有幕墙&玻璃装配的相关经验，并有参与大型香港项目或类似国际项目的经验
iii. 熟练使用微软办公软件
iv. 中英文口语、书写流利。普通话流利

(b) 职责：
i. 利用可追溯系统记录进出物料
ii. 核查物料和工厂证书
iii. 检查玻璃装配、铝型材和装配尺寸
iv. 检查玻璃、铝型材外观
v. 检查玻璃表面平整度和滚轴波浪形扭曲
vi. 检查玻璃磨边工艺
vii. 检查钢化玻璃热浸试验是否达到PNAP APP-37的T3 TCP级别
viii. 检查建筑夹层玻璃胶片、幕墙玻璃夹层工艺和测试
ix. 检查低辐射玻璃镀膜工艺 x. 检查中空玻璃铝条
xi. 胶条/垫圈生产检查及质量把控，包括伸缩缝
xii. 百叶窗生产检查及质量把控
xiii. 检查结构性密封打胶工艺
xiv. 检查预处理和铬化处理涂层
xv. 检查PVF2或粉末涂层工艺
xvi. 检查干膜厚度、光泽度和涂层硬度
xvii. 检查密封胶相容性试验和附着力测试
xviii. 检查颜色和光泽度是否与标准样板匹配
xix. 检查工厂内部质检测试，如干附着力测试、溶剂测试、结构密封胶测试、耐化学测试、沸水附着力测试、醋酸盐雾试验、冲击试验、开合测试、胶条硬度测试、断裂测试、铝螺柱弯曲和再弯曲试验等
xx. 检查玻璃、铝板安装，把控质量
xxi. 核查最终产品的板片编号系统
xxii. 检查最终组装产品的包装保护
xxiii. 检查性能样板的生产、组装和测试
xxiv. 提交正式报告，包括但不限于依据APP-37的玻璃热浸测试报告
