Job Summary:
Manage individual counterpart development orders with Reginal Office for those styles allocated for vendor development. Be responsible for development samples in vendors in terms of sample delivery date / quality, initial costing with cooperation from original office, like KBB / India & Pakistan office. And ensure we serve our customer's needs (US) to the best of our ability.
Main Responsibilities:
Communicate with RO or Vendor for development sample tracker on status / costing/Calendar etc.
Communicate with US, Asian Sourcing team in development issue to ensure the requirement is met.
Cross check and analysis RO / Vendor data before publish to US counterpart, such as initial costing, sample delivery date etc.
Review development sample and strike a balance between aesthetic requirements and production feasibility. Acknowledge or highlight potential production issues to buyers in the US and Sourcing team in Kontoor.
Prepare report if needed
Qualifications:
College graduated.
3 years related working experience in the garment field.
Fluent written English
Strong garment knowledge in terms of workmanship & wash especial in denim field
Can-do attitude and optimistic in new assignment
Good at communication skills with colleagues comes from a variety of culture
Proficient with Microsoft office software, such as Excel, Words, and PowerPoint
