Major task:
1、 Responsible for plants’ process continuous improvement and support site operational excellence strategy achievement.
2、Serves as process expert to provide tech. support for daily production smoothly;
3、Take the lead to analyze and troubleshoot process problems so as to make continuous and permanent improvements.
4、Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production efficiency and quality of output
5、Take the lead to perform the improvement modification activities by designing, running, testing and upgrading systems and processes
6、Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
7、Perform process design, development, and implementation of capital projects by :
（1） Lead some site capex project execution as project manager to ensure project goals delivery as project management；
（2） Perform engineering design including but not limited to piping systems, pump hydraulics, tank and vessels, heat transfer equipment, controls equipment, and process equipment and process layout.
（3） Provide on-site construction management assistance during installation, commissioning and start-up of equipment and related systems.
8、Responsible for site energy system management to deliver site sustainable goal and strategy :
（1） Monitor and manage site plant level and unite level energy performance and identify the potential energy improvement opportunities and program by data driving
（2） Implement and track energy efficient improvement programs;
9、Contribute process tech on site process risk assessment and management:
（1） Provide tech input and support on process risk assessment including HAZOP , ERA, Safe powder handling , N2 risk , safe location. edc
（2） Provide tech solution for risk management and develop the high quality SRS;
（3） Lead the critical safety procedure landing validation and provide procedure/instruction training to shop-floor to assure regular basis is available and performed

Qualification and experience:
- Bachelor degree or above in in Chemical /Process Engineering background
- 8+years Knowledge and experience about process design in chemical industry;
- Good knowledge and experience about project management;
- broad knowledge of plant operations and plant process engineering requirements
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- good at English communication
