The job (Responsibility)

You will be working in close collaboration with our qa/qc manager, purchaser & suppliers and your job will mainly consist of the following responsibilities:
1 Follow up the supplier’s capability and customers demand in quality is equal. Understand customer requirement from drawing, specification and negotiate with supplier how to fulfil the customer requirement. Means by which process, how to control in process, how to inspect, i.e. QA plan and QC plan. Visit suppliers for process setup if needed.
2 Set up the PSQC(specification) including QC check list, inspection instruction and critical process setup.
3 Visit suppliers for fulfilling QC inspections according to specifications. Fill out QC report, and inform suppliers the inspection result.
4 Work with customer claims and rejections, analyze the problems, root causes and work out the CA/PA(Corrective Action/Preventive Action) and follow up the CAPA until claims/rejections closing.
5 Participate in kick off meeting for new projects.
6 Give training to QC how to inspect product.
7 Perform the supplier audit.
8 Perform the inhouse testing,e.g. salt spray test, endurance test at our own facility.
9 Maintaining the Sample Room, Sample List, Calibration of tools and the Calibrated Tools List. Register tools, Register samples. And other related things that belongs in QA/QC-dep.
10 Can make simple 2D, 3D drawing.

You will mainly be working at the Chinese headquarter in Daliang Town, Shunde, Foshan.
Skills Required:
1 Fluent in both spoken & written English / Mandarin Chinese
2 Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
3 Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings
4 Understanding of how to read and interpret international product standards
5 Good interpersonal and communication skills
6 Good understanding of APQP/PPAP quality requirements preferred but not a requirement
7 Good understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA). 8D is perfect.
8 Be familiar with ISO and quality management system.
9 Can use Autocad and Solidwork to make simple 2D or 3D drawing.
10 Must be responsible & able to work effectively, both independently and team work

Preferred work experience
3 Minimum of 5 years experience in quality management or Engineering.
4 Worked with 8D.
5 Work experience in a foreign company as well as a certain technical knowledge is preferred.

Preferred process experience
6 - Surface treatment processes – powder, chrome, anodising, zinc plating, hot dip galvanising, brushed, polished etc
7 - Casting Processes ( Die Casting, Lost wax Casting,Sand Casting, Foundry, )
8 - Metal stampings (Forming, Bending, Shearing, Hemming etc.)
9 - Machining(turning, milling, CNC)
10 - Plastic Injections
11 - Extruding
12 - Welding process
13 - Forging
14 - Packing

Preferred experiences will be an advantage, but is not a must.

Education
A graduate of engineering with bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive

3 根据产品规格书PSQC到工厂进行产品检验，填写QC报告，并告知供应商检验结果。
4 处理客诉和不良，分析问题的根本原因，跟进CA/PA纠正措施/预防措施，直到客诉和不良结束。
5 参加新项目的启动会议。
6 对QC进行产品检验培训。
7 供应商审核。
8 进行内部测试，例如盐雾测试，耐久性测试。
9 样品室管理，量具管理，以及属于 QA/QC部门的其他相关内容。
10 可以制作简单的2D，3D图。
您将主要在佛山顺德大良的中国总部工作。

所需技能：
1 流利的英语口语和书面语/普通话
2 良好的计算机技能，熟悉Microsoft Office（尤其是Word，Excel和Outlook）
3 必须能够阅读和理解工程图纸
4了解并能解读国际产品标准
5 良好的人际关系和沟通技巧
6对APQP/PPAP质量要求有很好的理解者优先，但不是必须要求
7 对根本原因分析 （RCA） 和纠正和预防措施 （CAPA） 有很好的理解。最好熟悉8D。
8 熟悉ISO和质量管理体系。
9可以使用Autocad和Solidwork进行简单的2D或3D绘图。
