工作职责
1.与高级声学工程师合作，设计和选择耳机换能器的型号和材料。
2.建立原型来验证设计的性能，以确保进一步的样品能够满足设计要求。
3.通过所有不同的分析工具验证原型。
4.与合作伙伴工厂合作，确保产品从EVT生产到量产顺利进行。
5.与工厂工程师一起优化生产流程。
6.开发过程中不同失效模式的故障排除。
7.向系统发布开发图纸，BOM，规格，黄金样品。
8.与项目管理团队和销售团队合作，确保项目按时交付。
9.根据客户要求改进现有模型。
资格。
1.机械、声学或电子相关的学士学位。
2.良好的英语读写能力
3.熟悉使用Pro/E，UG，AutoCAD
4.用简单的解决方案解决复杂问题的能力
5.如有要求，在原始设备制造商之间出差。
6.愿意学习。
Job Responsibility
1. Work with Senior Acoustic Engineer to designs and model and material selection of headphone transducers.
2. Build prototypes to verify the performance of the design, to make sure the further samples can meet design requirement.
3. Validate prototypes through all different analysis tools.
4. Work with partner factory to make sure products running smoothly from EVT build to MP.
5. Work with factory engineer to optimize the manufacturing process.
6. Trouble shooting of different failure mode during development.
7. Release development drawings, BOM, specification, golden sample to the system.
8. Work with project management team and sales team to make sure the projects are delivered on time.
9. Improve existing models based on customer’s requirement.
Qualifications.
1.Bachelor degrees related to mechanics, acoustics, or electronics.
2. Good reading and writing in English
3. Be familiar to use Pro/E, UG, AutoCAD
4. Capability to solve a complex problem with a simple solution
5. Travels between OEMs if requested.
6. Willing to learn.
