- Tooling modification scheme validation under low cost and good quality .Responsible for
tooling continuous improvement and assisting to reduce costs.
- Acts as technical contact for vendors on tooling issues.
-Coordinates FMEA on all new tooling.
-Coordinate and implement engineering changes on new and old mold.
- Industrialization development project support.
-Tooling lifetime monitor.
- Guide toolmaker tool design and challenge toolmaker on tool structure.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or relevant.
- 3~5 years experience in the same function with the automotive industry. Experience in
multinational companies is a plus.
- Knowledge of injection related technology.
- Familiar with CATIA/CAD/UG or other drawing software.
- Good command of English.
- Quick learning ability and team spirit.
