Finance manager
1.Responsible for the financial reporting and management accounting;
2.Perform financial analysis on the business performance;
3.Investigate, analyze and provide solution to financial problems;
4.Prepare financial statements and notes to the accounts for external audit;
5.Coordinate and liaise with external auditor on audit issues;
6.Prepare tax information for tax audit;
7.Coordinate and liaise with external tax advisor on tax issues;
8.Perform ad-hoc duties when necessary.
Requirement
1.At least 10 years of experience in accounting;
2.Audit experience is required, big 4 experience will be value-added but not a must;
3.Experience in team management;
4.Experience in handling financial audit;
5.Sound knowledge in taxation rules;
6.Experience in handling various tax filings;
7.Good command of written and spoken English.
财务经理
1.负责财务报告和管理会计；

任职要求：

2.需要有审计经验，四大经验优先；
3.团队管理经验；
4.处理财务审计的经验；
5.健全的税务规则知识；
6.处理各种税务申报的经验；
7.良好的书面和口语能力。
