This Job covers not only Environment & Sustainability, but also Occupational Health and Safety management, this is a supervisor's position. To maintain business activities and product that do not adversely affect safety or health and that fit with the concept of sustainable development by developing and implementing and enforcing company guidelines and regulations regarding SHE in accordance with P.R.C authority and referring COV requirements.
Major tasks:
Ensure site run safely and efficiently that is compliance with all relevant requirements, regulations and standard work processes. Coordinate to introduce, set up and launch the management system and procedures.
Support to supervise and integrate all work permits of maintenance tasks and other activities related to occupational health, safety and environment. Supervise all departments to complete the SOP and JSA.
Conduct all the departments in implementing their SHE plan and supervising the process and the result of the SHE plan.
Coordinate with site as a representative of safety committee, and special assignments or projects. Arrange and promote the monthly SHE committee meeting & its actions.
Supervise to implement new employees, present employees and contractors the HSE&S training.
Set up the emergency system and organize drilling, evaluation and implement it in company.
Organize and lead teams frequently safety walkthroughs in the plant for specific topics and concerns.
Ensure all incidents and findings out of safety walkthroughs are systematically recorded, classified, notified, investigated and CA's are completed within the expected time.
Support ISO14001 management representative to run environment ISO 14001, and supervise all departments to implement it effectively

Ensure that all requests or instructions as conveyed by the management in relation to duties, policies and procedures are completely carried out.
Support and actively contribute to the development of Covestro initiatives and special projects.
Comply with Covestro rules and observe its principles in daily work.
Support Covestro Management Systems activities.
Assist the Site SHE manager to work out the long-term plan in SHE aspect of the company.
Keep contact with local authorities.
Demonstrate the company's core values.
Qualification
Good English listening and speaking skills
Good communication skill
Registered chemical safety engineer is preferred
Experiences
Chemical Certified Safety Engineer
>5 years working experience in multinational petrochemical Industry companies responsible for HSE&S functions
