Highlight the main responsibilities
- Ensures that the actual CIP rules for process are applied for all new projects and modifications
- Supports the project team in preparation phase for FDPR, SOP-ensures that the Group (BG, PG) standards are
applied
- Applies Safety Culture & Environmental Policy within his perimeter of work
- Process and Equipment PFMEA coordination on the Site level
- Controls and challenges manufacturing device plan
- Defines tools, work stations and process organization in line with VPS principles
- Modifications and validation of manufacturing devices (process capability & ergonomics)
- Organizes and coordinates full production day (“FPDR”) until process acceptance
- Participates in Project QRQC meetings
- Defines new manufacturing devices and modifies existing devices in line with environmental aspects
- Ensures project QRQC and PVC meetings with the proper input
- Uses Valeo methodology for problem solving ( QRQC, FTA, PDCA)
- Prepares investment list for new project CAA definition.
