Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage team members to provide timely and accurate accounting and tax services. 管理团队成员,确保为客户提供及时准确的会计和税务服务。 2. Provide accounting and tax services, including preparation of financial statements, tax return/computation and audit coordination between client and auditor. 工作内容包括编制财务报表和报税表、税金计算表以及和审计的协调沟通工作。 3. Handling all technical matters and incoming technical enquiries via telephone, email and fax. 通过电话、电子邮件和传真处理相关的财务咨询问题。 4. Coordinating with other departments in Hong Kong on technical issues and daily routine matters. 与位于香港的其他部门保持紧密沟通并及时处理日常交付工作。 5. Communicating with clients. 与客户保持良好沟通。 6.Handling ad hoc projects and urgent requests from clients. 应对特别项目工作和客户的紧急请求。 Key requirements: 1. College or above academic qualifications with accounting or legal profession. 会计或法律等相关专业本科以上学历 2.Minimal of 8 years’ accounting and tax experience, MNC or professional firm experiences are an advantage. 至少8年以上专业服务公司会计及税务工作经验,跨国公司或专业公司经验尤佳 3. Able to provide coaching and guidance to other team members to ensure overall objectives are aligned and achieved. 能够为其他团队成员提供培训和指导,确保整体目标一致并达成。 4. Ability to work under pressure and deal with ambiguities and challenge status quo. 能够在一定压力下开展工作,善于解决问题,能够处理复杂的情况,勇于挑战现状 5. Methodical with strong analytical skills; ability to interpret and summarise complex information for onward communication to internal key stakeholders and externally as may be required. 工作有条理且具备较强的分析能力,能够根据需要解释和总结复杂的信息,以便与内部关键人员以及外部人员进行沟通 6.
