工作职责：
1. Provide engineered drive solutions base on customer information，Clear customer design intent根据客户信息提供工程驱动解决方案，明确客户设计意图
2. Collect customer design informations收集客户设计信息
3. Complete the design solution or optimization完成设计方案或优化
4. Track the sample test results on project跟踪项目样品测试结果
5. Technical support in the responsibility region， Support sales making the technical confirmation before sales负责区域内的技术支持，协助销售进行售前技术确认
6. Solve technical related issue in the responsibility region of the after-sale解决售后责任区域内的相关技术问题
7. Marketing related to responsibility Region/ Industry/ Products ， Technical training of new products/ Industry on sales team负责区域/行业/产品相关的市场营销，对销售团队进行新产品/行业的技术培训
8. Technical seminar on sit of OEM or end user主机厂或终端用户的技术研讨会
9. Technical ability establishment of distributors经销商技术能力的建立
10. information collection of marketing/ productus and industry trends市场/产品和行业趋势的信息收集
背景要求：
1. Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred机械、工程或相关专业优先
2. At least 1-3 years working experience with mechanical design, or applications至少1-3年机械设计或应用方面的工作经验
3. °Strong mechanical background, with past engineering successes °Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential.良好的组织、人际关系、口头和书面沟通能力
4. CAD or other computer aided design functions CAD或其他计算机辅助设计功能
