核心职责 Develop WB 2nd acrylic dispersion & PUD resin based on business needs
a. Job Task：Work with BU R&D team to develop/validate WB 2nd acrylic dispersion & PUD resin.
b. Job Task：Work with toller and operation team to scale up the WB 2nd acrylic dispersion & PUD resin.
c. Job Task：Work with platform team to complete the WB 2nd acrylic dispersion & PUD resin application test and optimization.
d. Job Task：Project management by following the Stage Gate process
2. CORE RESPONSIBILITY
核心职责 Knowledge management
a. Job Task：Complete all kinds of documents, including test records, test work reports, raw material evaluation reports and project work reports. Following the stage gate development process to complete related documents
b. Job Task: Communicate with internal technical teams and leverage knowledge/expertise in other regions
c. Job Task：Strictly implement the company's confidentiality policies, keep the formula confidential and share on need-to-know base.
d. Job Task: Work with IP team to protect intellectual properties by initiating patent application
3. CORE RESPONSIBILITY
核心职责 EHS and safety
a. Job Task：Strictly implement 6S and HSE requirements of the company and follow the company policies
b. Job Task: Keep the lab safe and clean, achieve 0 accident target with the team.
1. EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
教育背景要求：
a. Required/必需的：Doctor or master degree in Polymer, chemistry or Material Science
b. Preferred/优先考虑的：Doctor degree in Polymer
2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
知识和经验：
a. Required/必需的：5 years’ experience in WB 2nd acrylic dispersion & PUD resin synthesis
b. Preferred/优先考虑的：7 years’ experience in WB 2nd acrylic dispersion & PUD resin synthesis and coating formula
