Language requirement: English and Japanese Role Purpose: The purpose of the New Product Introduction Content Executive is to drive commercial results by writing and optimising product content to increase customer traffic, conversion, and satisfaction. You will be supporting the Head of NPI Content in developing and executing short- & long-term plans to deliver the most effective result in sales, traffic and other key performance indicators. Responsibilities: Primary focus: To execute the Content plan. 61 Build content for new products that are introduced into the RS range that is informative and drives traffic and sales. 61 Coordinating with Product & Supplier Management (PSM) and Suppliers to collect the data. 61 Filling the relevant AVT’s and data templates 61 Uploading the forms into the relevant systems 61 Coordinate and follow up with the Global launch teams for the correct launch of the products. 61 Maintaining KPI’s and Service levels for the end-to-end process 61 Communicating with PSM manager on the progress Secondary focus: To support SEO, Paid Advertising and Onsite Search activities. 61 Periodically support SEO projects, particularly focusing on implementing tasks that require Japanese language skills. 61 Periodically support Paid Advertising team for selecting keywords, local supplier brand names, ad copies, positive and negative keywords review 61 Periodically support Onsite Search algorithm testing Key requirements: Essential Skills & Experience 61 Proficient written and spoken English language skills. 61 Advanced MS Excel and Access capabilities 61 Good communication skills. 61 Ability to manage multiple tasks. 61 Preferable digital experience (Content, Copywriting, SEM or Onsite Search) 61 A Continuous Improvement mind set
