Position Summary -Research, develop and deploy brand strategies and plans which identify and harness brand positioning and brand image to support marketing and sales opportunities in China. -Work closely with headquarter marketing to translate strategic objectives into market-specific go-to-market tactical programs and projects. -Integrate online and offline marketing resources to perform Marketing campaigns and actions. Improve brand image and awareness and preference in China
Responsibilities: 1、Drive key research, analyses, and reporting for branding strategy/campaigns/promotions; create and analyze metrics to assess branding campaigns effectiveness. 2、Manage and control the production and use of consistent communication and design guidelines (e.g. catalogues, printed & electronic media communication, point-of-purchase displays and materials, banners, signs, posters, showrooms, gifts, etc.). 3、Control creative direction of copy and art for topics and presentation of advertisements. 4、Oversee media planning to publicize advertising, through both online and offline channels (e.g. internet, outdoor signs, radio, television, newspapers, magazines or other means) 5、Research and develop online branding strategy for both e-marketing and e-commerce. 6、Manage new product launch campaigns (poster/POSM/leaflet design/new product display development/product shooting/materials production/distribution) 7、Manage retail promotions and activities (poster/POSM design/gifts selection/distribution) by cooperating with trade marketing team 8、Manage design support and adaptation to regional marketing & dealers (channel billboard /regional fairs/promotions/events)
Requirements: 1、Bachelor's degree or above, Advertising related majors preferred 2、Minimum 5 years’ experience in implementing and managing branding and Macom for international premium brands in building material, durable household consumer goods, decoration, interior design and architecture markets. 3、Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication and social skills with charismatic personality and positive attitude 4、Capable of working independently being self-motivated, persistent and focused on results 5、Fluent in English / Chinese speaking and writing 6、Experienced IT applications user, good at PowerPoint.
