1) Assist in preparation of daily & monthly financial reporting and operational metrics tracking 2) Responsible financial entries input and provide administrative supporting 3) Assist in the month end financial closing, reconciliation, revenue recognition, accrual to actual posting 4) Issue fee note bill to correct party/client in timely manner and keep record. 5) Ensure accurate, clear and on time reconciliation with internal vendor (intercom) 6) Perform financial review for business team and make recommendations based on financial reports for improvement 7) Keep all records in a way that they can be checked at any time for information or audit purposes 8) Monitor random report or query tasks from stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
1) Higher Diploma or above in Finance / Accounting / Economics or related disciplines 2) Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in AR stream or financial reporting/analysis 3) Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese 4) Experienced work with business team with high efficiency 5) Experienced and good communication skill with stakeholders 6) Strong business acumen, and able to translate number into action and follow through with business owner 7) Well versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Familiarity with advanced MS Excel (formula) and basic Marco is preferred.
