Customer Development andMaintenance: Actively seek and develop new customers, establish contact with potential customers, understand their needs and feedback, and maintain a good relationship with customers. 2. Customer Reception and Consultation: Responsible for receiving customers' visits, answering customers' questions, providing relevant consultation and assistance. 3. Sales Order and Report Management: Assist in the processing of sales orders, including order entry, order tracking, and order fulfillment. Also need to assist in creating sales reports, report analysis and data statistics. 4. Marketing Information Storage: Responsible for the custody of marketing materials, including customer information, product information, sales information, etc., and need to be categorized and organized and filed. 5. Assist the General Manager to Deal with Related Work: including assisting in the statistics and analysis of weekly activity data and sales data; producing data reports and analyzing sales effectiveness; conducting market research, etc. Qualifications 1. Ability to communicate with customers by listening, speaking, reading and writing in English. 2. Skilled in applying office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Photoshop, etc. 3. Bachelor’s degree or above, suitable for majors: Business English, Spanish and other languages, marketing, and other related majors. 4. Sensitive to numerical data, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5.
