Job Responsibilities: 1.Coordinate and collaborate with the sub distributor of the regions in charge,100% follow the company's distributors strategy and regulations 与所在城市的经销商保持良好的沟通与配合,100%严格执行公司的经销商政策及策略 2. Weekly follow up the company products selling, storage, AR, orders, promotions, distribution and feedback to the company in time. 每周跟进公司产品的销售状况,库存,经销商货款,订单,促销活动执行,物流配送及仓储等工作并及时反馈公司 3. Weekly update the market price, collect and analyze the competitors products. 每周更新当地的批发市场价格,竞品收集,分析报告。 4.Monthly update the related sales reports and competitors products, manage the main products forecast. 每月定期回顾经销商的销售状况及产品的分销状况,做好主要产品的销售预测。 5.Support to distributors for new areas/channels/customers/development, maintain key customers of the distributors and good their relationship. 积极协助经销商开发新的区域/渠道/客户(包括特殊渠道),维护好经销商下属重要客户并建立良好客情关系。 6.Achieve the monthly selling goals and other tasks assigned. 每月完成公司下达的销售指标及上级交代的其他任务 7. Daily Operation 日常工作 7.1 Attend weekly meeting and report back 每周参加周会,做好分析报告 7.2 Provide sales report and support forecasting process 提供销售支持,做好销售预测 7.3 Coordinate with internal departments to smoothly follow-up order to cash process 与内部部门协作保证后续订单到现金支付整个流程顺利进行 7.4 Collect and record market and competitors information for analysis 做好竞品的收集,分析报告
