Job Responsibilities岗位职责: 1、Oversee the daily management of the Purchasing Department, including setting monthly goals and procurement plans.负责采购部日常管理工作、每月目标及采购计划的制定及统筹。
2、Optimize and improve the department’s management systems and workflows, and supervise their implementation. 负责优化完善采购部管理制度和工作流程,并监督实施。
3、Guide, train, and evaluate the procurement skills of department employees. 负责部门员工采购技能指导、培训及评估。 4、Implement the company’s procurement strategy and develop external purchasing policies. 实施公司的采购战略,制定外购政策。
5、Create supplier development plans, select and evaluate suppliers, and conduct supplier assessments. 负责制定供应商开发计划,选择评估供应商,对供应商进行考核。
6、Control procurement costs, stay updated on key material market information, and understand market trends. 对采购物料进行成本控制,随时掌握主要物料市场信息,了解物料市场走势。
7、Coordinate internal and external communication matters, and address issues encountered during procurement. 协调部门内外需沟通事项,处理采购过程中遇到的问题。
8、Plan the procurement budget, review procurement needs, control procurement processes, select suppliers, negotiate prices, manage procurement costs, and regularly evaluate and analyze product costs to optimize the pricing system. 规划采购预算、初审采购需求、控制采购供应等流程,进行供应商筛选,跟供应商沟通协商价格,控制采购成本,定期对产品成本进行评估和分析,合理优化价格体系。
Qualifications 任职要求: 1、College degree or higher. 大专以上学历。
2、More than 8 years of procurement experience, with over 5 years of procurement management experience.8年以上采购经验,有5年以上采购管理经验。
3、Sensitive to market trends with strong control and cost management abilities for procurement. 对市场有一定的敏感度,对于商品采购有很好的掌控能力和成本控制能力。
4、Strong professional ethics. 具备较强职业道德素质。
5、Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. 具有良好的沟通、协调、统筹能力。
6、Ability to conduct basic work reports and communication in English. 能用英语进行基本工作汇报、交流。
