岗位职责: The Non Financial Risk Utility plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite, by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management. The NFR achieves this by providing operational risk and control expertise, conducting high quality reviews of the bank's control environment, conducting end to end control assurance reviews on key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused on material risk and issues, and evolving a culture of continuous and consistent risk management. 1. Managing updates relating to HK WPB Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Line of Business Procedures (LoBPs), regulatory requirements and local risk appetite and coordinate development and publication of Procedure Update (PU). 2. Responsible for the preparation, collation and distribution of agendas, meeting information packs, minutes and reports and management of subsequent actions for the Hong Kong Wealth and Personal Banking Risk Management Forum. 3. Manage multiple BFCR related initiatives including risk mitigation activities, projects, audits and reviews etc. 4. Assist with the coordination of Financial Crime Risk related First Line Identified Issues from creation to resolution ensuring that Financial Crime Risk related regulations, policies or procedures are maintained and adhered to. 5. Facilitate and manage the annual risk and control assessment refresh for WPB and monthly review of control effectiveness. 6. Provide financial crime related SME support to our Business stakeholders to ensure these risks can be properly identified and mitigated. 7. Manage input from stakeholders and collate responses to build comprehensive case for decisions including escalation. 8. Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach, to support execution of operations at pace and with minimum conflict. 任职要求: 1. Banking experience in Account Opening, Know Your Customer, Anti Money Laundering and Sanctions is an advantage. Knowledge in CDD and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (AB&C) will also be an advantage. 2. Knowledge of Financial Crime Risk issues, typologies and trends. 3. Demonstrable experience of handling critical tasks. 4. Track record of proactive issue identification with swift resolution, mitigation and governance. 5. Proven problem solving skills with the ability to consider alternative and innovative solutions. 6. Ability to prioritise and work independently under pressure. 7. Willing to learn and able to adapt new challenges. 8. Proficient in Microsoft office, including Excel and Powerpoint. 9. Good language, communication and presentation skills.
