83 Create a supplier sourcing strategy, under strong consideration of customer needs, that defines strategic suppliers into grow, fix and exit suppliers and maintains product footprint, incl. “make or buy”-analysis.
83 Drive Sourcing projects with the global suppliers in close coordination with internal and external stake holders
83 Drive the attainment and improvement of relevant procurement KPI’s, incl. Material Productivity (CMP), Lead time performance, delivery (STR/STC), and Quality (DLPM).
83 Responsible for improving material productivity, build strong material pipeline using relevant TE tools (CMP, TEBIT and WAV analysis)
83 Lead and Drive Resourcing, VA/VE projects in collaboration with Internal stake holders and suppliers
83 Responsible for contracting of supplier commercial agreements, incl. bailment, inventory management and supply agreements.
83 Responsible for preparing RFQ’s, utilizing E-Tools, awarding new business and negotiation all raw materials, components, and tooling
83 Lead supplier rationalization, add / reduce supplier,
83 Closely monitor capabilities and capacities of suppliers to avoid crisis
83 Accountable for info record and PO accuracy and communicate relevant data to SCM, incl. lead time, price and MOQ
83 Responsible for conducting Quarterly Business Review’s (QBR) with strategic suppliers and the drive of respective corrective actions
83 Ensure and Drive MOQ and Lead Time optimization for material/components (incl. finished goods) used by the plant for production and establish supplier agreements, e. g. VMI, EDI, consignment, Scheduling Agreements frame order review, blanket PO)
83 Responsible for calculating impact and getting the PIA approved
83 Ensure data on OV tools is captured and delivered to finance.
83 Maintain healthiness of supplier by timely conducting risk assessment and Ensure that all suppliers meet TE requirements for compliance (RoHs, Reach, conflict minerals, supplier portal usage)
83 Drive / support the function to comply with the ISO Related documents, process and compliance check on regular frequency

Requirement：
83 Bachelor or above, Engineering background Mechanical Engineering Preferred
83 8+ years’ years’ experience in sourcing area
83 Experience in Stamping, Machining, Moulding, Electronic assemblies, PCB process. Candidate with connector assembly or cable assembly industry is preferred
83 Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
83 Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement attitude
83 Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
83 Ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams
