Job description/职责描述: - Daily administrative support, and other tasks assigned by superiors. 日常行政支持以及上级交代的其他任务。 - Communicate with suppliers and follow up the production status of order. 与供应商进行沟通,跟进订单生产情况。 - Follow up production order to ensure delivery on time. 跟进订单生产,确保订单按时交货。 - Planning and monitoring of the flow of goods as well as ensuring availability of goods of the LUQOM Group in coordination with the warehouse management department as well as the relevant stakeholders of the international subsidiaries. 与仓库管理部门以及集团内部相关人员协调,规划和监测货物的流动,并确保集团总部货物的供应。 - Communicate with foreign teams in English and follow up the production status of order. 与国外邮件沟通(英文),反馈订单生产情况。 - Active vendor management and onboarding of new suppliers based on logistics guidelines and corporate standards。 根据物流指南和公司内部标准,积极管理供应商并接纳新的供应商。 - Assist the team leader to deal with and report the daily business of order production. 协助团队主管处理和汇报订单生产日常业务。 Job qualification/任职要求: - Patient, responsible and detail-oriented 富有耐心和责任心,注重细节 - Good communication skills, adaptability, and problem-solving ability 具有良好的沟通能力,应变能力以及解决问题的能力 - Demonstrated ability managing variable lead-time product deliveries in support of customer requirements 具备管理可变交货期产品交付的能力,以支持客户需求 - Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholder and suppliers. 优秀的关系管理技能,有能力参与、谈判和管理关键利益相关者和供应商。 - Positive, can bear hardships and stand hard work, have good professional ethics. 做事积极主动,能吃苦耐劳,有良好的职业道德和素养。 - Willing to work under pressure, good psychological quality. 愿意承担工作压力,心理素质佳。 - Confident handling of MS-Office. 熟悉办公软件。
