New Machining Products Development (30%)
80Work out the processes routine to support new products RFQ.
80Lead the feasibility study of new products.
80Develop flexible and integrated manufacturing systems and procedures for new products to meet project targets.
80Monitor SOP update with new processes and corrective measures by Technicians, Engineers, in order to set routine in SAP, provide processed drawing, working instruction etc.
Quality Issue Resolution (15%)
80Analyze customer complaints and quality issues to identify source of quality issue.
80Determine and implant corrective actions.
Process Change Management (10%)
80Drive process change follow PCN ,TCN
Project Management (15%)
80Lead every year's working plan on improvement of yield, cost saving targets for machining processes for manager's approval.
80Lead kay projects.
80Coordinate with other departments to identify resources for supporting projects.
80Prepare schedule and review projects completion status and project progress on weekly basis
80Resolve project issues.
Periodically provide progress report to manager.
