80 Supervise mold maintenance made by workshop;
80 公司所有新购模具的安装、验收、保养和维修；
80 Installation, maintenance and acceptance checking for newly purchased mold;
80 维护模具保管台帐；
80 To maintain mold and record mold account;
80 对操作模具的人员进行操作技能以及模具点检、保养方面的培训；
80 Equipment operational training for the operators, such as equipment checking, equipment maintenance, etc.;
80 解决注塑机模具的水路、油路故障；
80 Solve different failures happened on water circuit, oil circuit and pneumatic circuit;
80 协助上级统计模具故障、非计划停机、模具利用率等数据；
80 Assist superior to statistic of different data, such as mold breakdown, non-planned stop, mold utilization ratio, etc.;
80 负责本组区域6S工作；
80 模具制造维修、机械制造维修、电气工程等相关专业；
80 Major in mold manufacturing or maintenance, machinery manufacturing or maintenance, electric engineering or related area;
80 具备三年以上模具维修经验；
80 More than three years’ working experience about mold maintenance;
80 熟悉注塑模具结构、模具热流道、油路及水路；
80 Familiar with mold structure, hot runner, oil and water circuit of the mold;
