岗位职责: 1. Ensure compliance with the operational risk and control management framework according to HSBC Group guidance. 2. Maintain finance internal control standards, including monitoring of assurance review findings, internal and external audit issues together with any issues raised by external regulators; 3. Support the execution of Risk and Control Assessments of in-scope Non-Financial Risk (NFR). Ensure that appropriate operational risk and control identification and assessment is undertaken for Finance and on a timely basis. 4. Monitor and review issues, actions and events impacting the Finance including providing guidance and advice on remediation to control, issues and incident owners to embed the NFR management framework in Finance. 5. Deliver Risk and Controls MI reporting to various governance forum and continue to improve the end-to-end reporting processes ensuring accuracy, efficiency and time-to-market. 6. Organize the Finance Internal Control Committee meeting, including coordination of thematic papers, circulation of meeting agenda and materials, and working closely with various stakeholders and the HSBC Finance Control Office. Coordinate Account Reconciliation and Control Certificate (ARCC) exceptions, perform review and challenge and prepare the HASE ARCC. 7. Support risk owners in performing the NFR assessment for transformation projects and involve in major change initiatives impacting HASE to provide SME advice on Operational Risk and Control related matters. 8. Act as a conduit for responding to control issues raised within Finance. 任职要求: 1. University degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline with a recognized professional qualification in accountancy. 2. Good knowledge and practical experience in accounting risks and controls. 3. Excellent presentation, communication (in written and oral English and Chinese) and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical and project management skills. 5. Ability to prioritise and work independently under pressure within a team environment. 6. Proven problem solving skills with ability to consider alternative solutions. 7.
