Job Description
1. Assist the production department to prepare annual budget, provide feasibility analysis to support the next year's target planning.
2. Monitored monthly target achievement, monthly rolling budget, productivity projects and corresponding rolling budget, carried out new product launch cost assessment and project tracking.
3. Provide monthly report analysis on time and data reports as required by management.
4. Responsible for the punctuality, rationality and accuracy control of related expenses in Mexico factory.
5. Managed the financial control team, ensured the stability of the team and the reasonable and accurate division of internal functions.
6. Sorted out and continuously improved the financial process of Mexico.

Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, have manufacturing related control work experience;
2. Rich experience in ERP system (SAP, yonyou);
3. Proficient in using EXCEL, database and other data analysis tools;
4. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, Spanish is a plus.
