Job Responsibilities: 1.Project management & communication: According to the company's delivery requirements for the project, make relevant project time planning, cost management, quality risk control and so on; Establish project teams to ensure targeted and adequate communication within the project team; 2.Customer requirements management: Collect information about product requirements/objectives corresponding to the project to achieve project benefits; 3.Change conflict management: The changes in the middle of the project are handled in strict accordance with the Q-Gate project management process, and the risk of change is identified; 4.Project cost & time control: fully implement the cost target and time plan to the corresponding department, design cost/time, quality cost/certification time, material cost/material preparation time, production scheduling time, delivery time, etc; 5.Project risk Management: Identify and assess all risk factors using available risk measurement tools. Develop appropriate risk control points to mitigate (eliminate, reduce) risks.
Position Requirements: 1.At least 3 years experience in lighting industry; 2.At least 4 years project management experience; 2 years project team management experience; 3.Familiar with North American market lamp and lamp production process and related standards (UL/DLC/ETL/FCC, etc.); 4.Familiar with project management tools and methods (e.g. Q-gate); 5.Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, with systematic reporting and presentation skills; 6.Accept overseas travel; 7. Language: Proficient in English
