工作任务 Tasks:
1. 为维修技工提供技术支持，并承担部分敏感和精密机器的维修保养；
Offer technical support for the maintenance technician, and responsible to maintain some sensitive machine;
2. 新产品项目实施提供支持；
Support for new production project;
3. 制定和改善维修计划表；
Create and improve the PM schedule;
4. 编写维修指导书，培训维修工，改进关键设备的稳定性；
Create working instruction of maintenance and repair action, train the technician. Improve the stability of the key machines;
5. 设计制作工装夹具；
Design and produce fixture and tools;
6. 零备件的国产化。
Spare parts localization.

岗位要求 Requirements:
1. 机械或电气专业本科背景；
Bachelor in Mechanical or electrical education background;
2. 熟悉液压系统；
Familiar with hydra system;
3.熟悉PLC工业控制系统；
Familiar PLC programming；
4. 有良好的团队精神；
Good team spirit;
