工作目标 Objectives:
1. 协助工厂总监在生产部建立良好的管理体系；
Assist the plant Director to establish a good management system in the production department;
2. 通过使用现代的管理工具提高生产效率。
Improve productivity by using modern management tools.

工作任务 Tasks:
1. 制定和实施部门的各项目标和计划；
Set up and implement annual department plans and objectives;
2. 负责日常的生产作业计划的制定、调整和调度工作，按时完成生产任务。负责对生产操作、设备操作执行情
况进行监督管理；
Manage production actively to achieve the output. Responsible for the implement and adjustment of the plan. Supervise worker’s
operation and make sure that the workers strictly follow the operating rules;
3. 负责对生产效率、物料消耗的定期分析并制定改进计划以降低制造成本；负责对生产、和车间内的物流系统
的调整与改善，改善物料管理与控制方法。有权制定并更新与其工作有关的程序文件和控制（报）表格；
Conduct periodical efficiency assessment of production line and workstation, and find a way to improve plant logistic system and
material control system;
4. 负责产品质量、产量、良品率、成本、生产周期、环保及工具设备状况达到预期的要求，提高生产力；
Responsible for the product quality, output, yield rate, cost, production cycle, environmental protection, tool and equipment condition
to meet the expected requirements and improve productivity.
5. 负责与其它部门的业务联络，及时反馈和解决问题；负责执行内部质量体系工作；
According to the arrangement of the PM, contact with the staffs of other departments to handle some special issues; Implement the
quality system in dairy production activities;
6. 负责所属员工的基础知识培训及安全监督(5S、RoHS和EHS 等)；
Responsible for the training for the operators and security supervising (5S, RoHS and EHS etc);
7. 带领生产团队推动持续生产力提高以及精益。
Lead teams of production lines’ people and drive CIP and Lean in workshop .

岗位要求 Requirements:
1. 大学机电,电气或相关专业专科以上学历（含专科）或工程管理专业；5年以上外资企业工作经验,含3年生产管理
相关经历；
University graduated with majored in Mechanical-Electronics, electric engineering or equivalent; At least five years production
experience at JV. And 3 years in workshop managements experience;
2. 熟悉和掌握现代企业生产管理的理论、手段和方法，如ISO9000等标准与方法理论；
Be aware of and master modern enterprise production management theory, approach, method such as ISO9000, PDM and LP, etc;
3. 熟悉产品和生产工艺流程；有较强的独立工作能力；具有良好的沟通技巧、组织理解力和管理经验；良好的
团队精神和与其他部门沟通协调能力，快速、正确的处理问题能力；
Familiar with production process. Strong ability to work independently; Good communication skills, organization understanding and
management experience; Strong communication capability with other departments, trouble shooting quickly and correctly;
4. 有丰富的与生产流程有关的ERP操作经验，熟悉制造业物料管理、生产管理业务流程；
Has abundant ERP operation experience in production area. Be familiar with the production managing system, work-shop material
managing system with abundant;
5. 有较强的计算机能力和熟练的英语听、写、讲能力。
Good PC skill and listening, writing and speaking skills in English.
