工作内容: 1. Order management: Order handling from order acceptance to AR collection, including order progress monitoring, shipment arrangement, AR collection, complaint acceptance and coordination, familiar with production schedule and capacity status. 61 Customer order confirmation -- Judge order acceptable or not, co-ordinate cross function to complete the order acceptance key elements; work with planner to meet customer’s request delivery date, key in all the orders in Oracle system; 61 Monitor production schedule: Co-ordinate with planner and customer for any abnormal status 61 Shipment arrangement: Arrange shipment according to schedule ship date and customer request (follow AR release policy, send shipment notice to SCM, warehouse); 61 Other activities after delivery: Provide shipping documents to customer; AR collection; other documents or relative reports that customer needs; Log in customer supplier system to process relative work. 61 Customer complaint co-ordination: fill in complaint form, assist the communication between QA and customer, collect necessary information and defect sample. Follow up and push the result, solution, correction and improvement action plan, provide final report to customer; 61 Capture customer order fluctuation and provide necessary information to sales team or management team;
2. Customer management: Maintain customer information timely and correctly in Oracle; establish strong customer relationship; monitor customer demand trend, provide necessary information or reports to internal and external for analysis and decision making
3. Establish close cooperation with sales partner. Assist and support pre-sales work, including sample arrangement and other customer projects. 61 Sample arrangement: Monitor sample production schedule and arrange sample delivery. Supports to sales: Provide order status, inventory status and customer payment status; support customer projects if needed.
教育经历/工作经验: 1. Bachelor degree or above, preferable major in trading or economy; CET-4 2. Preferable more than 3 years customer service experience or sales assistance; preferable in Medical or Hygiene product industry 3.Good command of Excel, PPT and ERP system
