Scope of work 工作范 - 与OPS团队一起规划中长期战略，包括建立运营系统，提高生产交付能力和客户满意度，优化财务指标和库存管理。 Working with OPS team to layout middle and long-term strategies, including operations system set up, enhance production deliver capability and customer satisfaction, optimize financial indicators and inventory management. - 带领计划和采购团队确保生产任务准时交付，全面负责制造中心的生产计划、物料预测和控制、库存管理等关键生产环节。 This position will lead the planning and purchasing team to ensure on-time delivery of production tasks, have overall responsibility for manufacturing center production planning, material forecasting and control, inventory management and other key production links.
Accountabilities 基本职责 - Leading agile supplier chain transformation to quick satisfy client demand. 带领敏捷供应链的转型快速满足客户需求。 - Planning and purchasing process design and optimize for ERP system, such as SAP or oracle. ERP 系统计划和采购流程的设计和优化，例如SAP 或者Oracle. - Leading the planning and purchasing team ensure on time delivery customer order. 带领计划和采购团队确保订单准时交付。 - Charge for sales order Lead time assessment 主导销售订单交期评审。 - Draft master production plan and shopfloor labor plan 编制主生产计划和一线人力资源规划。 - Leading SIOP process consistently improvement.主持SIOP流程的持续改善。 - Setup and improve material forecast continuously and manage supplier on time delivery 建立和持续改善物料预测流程，采购流程确保供应商准时交付。 - Consistently improve planning process, specify proper planning strategy for difference customer or product to satisfy customer needs. 持续改善计划流程，针对不同客户和产品制定和主导不同的计划策略满足客户需求。 - Improve inventory level consistently and reduce slow moving stock risk 持续改善库存水平，减少呆滞库存风险。 - Review with supplier regularly focus on supplier forecast & inventory related status, and take corrective actions定期和供应链回顾供应商预测，计划，采购生产，库存状况，并采用相关改善行动。 - Synergy with NPI and R&D team for new product material and planning process improvement 协同NPI和研发团队主导新产品物料采购和计划流程。 - Others task arranged by leader上司安排的其他工作
Qualification & Requirement任职资格 - Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or other engineering discipline 电气、机械或其他工学本科学历 - At least 3 years of manufacturing site PMC manager experience, 8 years above multinational company related experience preferred。 3 年以上制造企业PMC经理管理经验，8年以上跨国公司相关工作经验优先 - Fluent read and write in English would be a plus英语读写流利优先考虑 - Excellence communication skills 优秀的沟通技能 - Result driven 以结果为导向 - Working experience in HVAC or automotive industry is preferred 暖通或汽车行业工作经验优先考虑
