岗位职责: - Support Facilities Management (FM) and Operation stakeholders in handling store equipment replenishment requests - Responsible for the planning, sourcing, procurement, logistic management, invoice processing of store supplies and equipment - Issue and manage purchase orders through the in-house systems - Provide administrative support and prepare monthly spend reports - Work with the Procurement Manager to manage low value and low complex procurement projects including: o Conduct market research on procurement categories o Gather and analyzing internal spend and supplier performance data o Agree appropriate procurement strategies including negotiation strategies e.g. face to face / e-Auctions o Draft and/or quality assuring tendering documentation o Launch procurements via the e-Sourcing tool o Agree evaluation approach and educating stakeholders on evaluation methodology - Engage and work with multiple stakeholders to ascertain business needs and identifying risks and issues - Supporting the Procurement Manager deliver medium to high value and complex procurements - Managing sub-categories and supporting the development of category plans and identifying risks, issues and opportunities to generate improvements in the business operations - Supporting the completion of Non-Trade Procurement reporting including: o Saving tracker and saving approvals o Supplier control o Team meetings - Perform quarterly stock take at warehouse - Support sourcing and procurement for ad-hoc FM projects - Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory and security requirements e.g. Cyber Security - Ensure integrity and ethics are sustained throughout the procurement process
职位要求: - 1 to 3 years procurement experience - Diploma holder in Procurement / Property / Facilities Management or related disciplines an advantage - Ambition to develop a career in procurement in Facilities Management - Experience of working in teams and also able to follow end to end procurement process and work independently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills - Be a good problem solver - Pro-active, self-motivated, well-organized, efficient and ability to work under pressure - Achievement and goal oriented with good organization skills, ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously - Good PC knowledge in MS Office, proficient in using Excel - Good command of written and spoken English
