【Key Responsibilities】: 1、Teaching Responsibilities: 61 Deliver engaging and effective lessons in IGCSE and A-Level Business and Economics, ensuring curriculum standards are met. 61 Use innovative teaching methods to inspire and challenge students, catering to a variety of learning styles and abilities. 61 Prepare students for sitting public exams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform well. Curriculum Development and Planning: 61 Develop and implement lesson plans and schemes of work aligned with the school's academic goals and examination board requirements. 61 Ensure progression of skills and knowledge across year groups and subjects. 61 Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Business and Economics curriculum. 2、Assessment and Feedback: 61 Prepare and assess coursework, assignments, and examinations in line with IGCSE/A-Level standards. 61 Provide constructive feedback to support students' academic growth and performance improvement.
