Key Role & Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with Sales and Production teams to manage all purchased parts and services that are required.
2. PO Creation of Direct Materials, Indirect Materials, and Consumables
3. Use the MRP driven buyer action report as a tool for: purchasing material, acting on past due orders, acting on poorly scheduled orders and cancelling unnecessary orders.
4. Evaluate and update the planning parameters of all relevant items in the MRP system including lead times, safety stocks, pallet quantities, minimum order quantities and forecasts.
5. Order, process and follow-up on the ordering of non-inventory and non-MRP driven items.
6. Negotiate prices with vendors to receive the best pricing and payment terms.
7. Act as a back-up support and provide cross functional trainings within the team when needed.

Qualification：
1. Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or related field.
2. Professional Experience
- 1-2 years buyer experience or in supply chain is an advantage.
- 1-2 years experience in using SAP system, familiar with Material Master module in SAP.
3. Skill/Knowledge/Ability
- Average computer skills / MS Office applications at the minimum. Proficient in Excel an advantage.
- Above average oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Willing to work half at night and half at day.
