1. International Case Management Team helps local customer to apply for overseas HSBC account; 2. International Case Management Team is the single point of contact during customer's account opening process, eg contact customer to complete the application form, review customer’s account opening documents, and make welcome call after the account has been opened.

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus; 3. Has exceptional and updated knowledge of Banking products, systems and processes; 4. Is well organized and depicts professional image; provides exemplary customer service; 5. Is self motivated and has the drive to overachieve on goals and targets set out; 6. Shift: day shift (09:00-18:00).
