岗位职责：
1. Develop and manage MRO supplier, ensuring continuity of MRO supply/开发和管理MRO供应商，保障MRO产品稳定供货
2. Choose suitable MRO suppliers for quotations, maintain project key timely, support sales to win new project 选择合适的MRO供应商询价，比价，及时完成报价，配合销售争取新项目
3. Assess existing MRO supplier source, then combine or develop in order to improve, make it be enough and reasonable 评估现有MRO供应商资源，进行整合或开发以完善，确保供应商资源的充足性与合理性
4. Improve and optimize MRO supplier base constantly 不断推动和优化所负责MRO产品的供应商资源
5. Supplier contract negotiation, strive for the best benefits of the company 负责供应商合同谈判， 为公司争取利益。
6. Complete the consolidated purchase and annual cost down as planned 按计划完成整合降价采购项目以及年度降价谈判
7. Stock agreement negotiation 供应商备货协议谈判
8. Handle unqulified goods intime 不良品及时处理
9. Train new employees as planed, Complete daily operation SOP 按计划培训新进同事； 完成日常工作操作SOP
10. Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行
11. Perform other tasks assigned by the team 部门内分派的其他工作
12. Other work assigned by the company公司安排的其他工作事项
岗位要求：
1. College degree or the above in Engineering or Business background 工科类或商务类相关专业，大专或以上学历
2. At least 3 years experience in supplier development in MRO 至少三年以上MRO产品的供应商开发或相关工作经验
3. Be familiar with cost, application, market, brand and quality control for MRO products 熟悉MRO产品的成本，应用，市场以及品牌和质量控制
4. Have plenty of supplier sources for MRO 有丰富的MRO供应商资源
5. Have the knowledge of ISO9001 , ISO14000 or TS16949 了解 ISO9001 , ISO14000 或TS16949体系
6. Positive , aggressive ,logical , can work independently and under pressure 工作积极主动，有很强的进取心，逻辑思维清晰以及拥有独立工作能力的抗压能力
7. Good at independent thinking , good problem solving skills 善于思考，能独立解决问题
8. Good skill in negotiation, communication, analysis, reporting and team work 良好的谈判、沟通、分析、汇报及团队合作能力
9. Be good at English in speaking & written 良好的英语口语和写作能力
10. Good skill in MS Office, ERP system (SAP) 良好的办公室软件使用和ERP系统知识(SAP)
