岗位情况:
1.实行五天七小时工作制,周末双休
2.提供五险(转正后提供,试用期一个月,试用期工资不低于正式工资80%)
3.可签订一年期合同
岗位职责:
1. Communication with internal and external clients, suppliers and/or factories to arrange inspection schedule;
与内外部客户,供应商和/或工厂进行沟通并制定检验计划
2. Following up with customers, generating quotations and proforma;
跟进客户的检验需求及报价
3. Project creation, documents collection, handing, distribution and project close;
项目的开案,文件收集处理和分发及项目关闭
4. Scheduling with inspector about inspection arrangement and distributing inspection documents to them.
对检验的日程进行安排并发布检验资料给检验员
5. Distribute Inspection report to client, consolidate and summarize inspection report as requested;
传输报告给客户并且归纳总结统计报告
6. Monthly invoice summarize for the client ;
总结客户月订单制定月发
7. Solve customer enquiry in a prompt and responsive manner;
礼貌并快速地解决客户的问题。
8. Perform other job-related assignments as required.

职位要求
1. College degree or above
专科以上学历
2. Well-organized, logical thoughts, ability to accomplish jobs in a timely manner;
完整有序并及时地完成工作;
3. A team player with good communication and interpersonal skill and strong integrity;
公正廉洁,具有良好的沟通技巧和团队精神;
4. Good command of English in both reading and writing;
