Mission Provide day to day after sales service to achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction, which in turn shall lead to sustainable profitable growth. 通过为客户提供日常的售后服务,实现客户满意度***化,带来利润的持续增长。 Job Description -To provide air treatment equipment installation and commissioning to customers; 负责空气后处理设备的安装和调试; -To repair and maintain equipment and deal with service cases on site; 负责现场设备的修理和维护,处理现场服务情况; -To provide on-site equipment maintenance training and daily technical support to customers; 负责现场设备的维护培训, 并为客户提供技术支持; -Cooperate with Technical support engineer, feedback on-site quality problem timely; 与技术支持合作,及时提供现场产品质量问题反馈; - Service product advertising and promotion; 服务产品宣传和推广; - Implementation of standardized service processes (MOT) and Safety-First service operation procedure (LOTO/LMRA); 专业化服务流程MOT和安全服务规范LOTO/LMRA的执行; -Effectively promote the company image, improve the customer satisfaction; 有效推行公司形象,提高客户满意度; -Follow the SHEQ Policy of company and customer site; 遵守公司和相关方的安全质量要求; -Other tasks assigned by manager. 处理其他领导安排的事宜。 Experience requirements - More than 2 years’ experience in equipment maintenance 两年以上的设备服务经验 Knowledge/Educational requirements - College degree in mechanical or electrical engineering / equivalent experience大专或以上毕业,主修机械工程、机电一体化或类似专业 Personality requirements - Excellent communication skills and customer oriented优秀的沟通技巧和良好的客户导向 - Good computer skill良好的电脑操作能力 - Willing to travel frequently愿意经常出差
