Responsibilities 61 Understand the product flow chart and the quality control points at each stage of production. Be knowledgeable about the processes related to the quality management system. 61 Conduct inspections on the production line and perform process audits, identifying and diagnosing any weak points in process control. 61 Understand the return process thoroughly and be able to complete the entire return procedure in accordance with established protocols. 61 Be familiar with the significance of the customer’s quality indicators and master the associated statistical methods. 61 Facilitate the team's gradual establishment of a product quality control system that encompasses data collection, analysis, and handling of abnormalities. Assist the New Product Introduction (NPI) team in identifying risks and improving process control, and participate in the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and QCP (Quality Control Plan) processes. 61 Periodically conduct summary analyses of client quality data to identify areas for improvement. Take the lead in addressing identified issues and ensure continuous tracking until they are resolved.
Requirements 61 Bachelor degree and above, major in Electronic, Telecom Communication and engineering related background. 61 More than five years’ experience on quality management in large enterprises, have been engaged in process quality control and customer quality control for more than two years. 61 Familiar with the application of quality tools, be able to skillfully use the common quality tools to solve problems 61 Have the ability to generate 8D reports in Chinese and English 61 Familiar with the reliability of communication products 61 Able to deal with and solve problems with PDCA
