Designs, monitors and implements a regional promotion plan as agreed with the Regional Sales Manager/Cluster Head Organizes local/regional marketing activities when the need arises and manages special projects Develops and maintains contact with opinion leaders and key prescription Drs. through their engagement in scientific activities under compliance guidance By providing relevant market analysis reports and collecting information about competitor’s activities, the RPM gives guidance to District Sales Managers to explore new potential markets and provides reference for strategy updates Provides feedback on marketing activities to Regional Sales Managers and Product Managers andcooperates with regional marketing and sales as a member of the RBT to ensure resources are aligned effectively and synergies are set up Collaborates with training department to organize product trainings for sales representatives and supports the cluster to organize sales meetings and field visits Supports Cluster heads to control sales P&I costs and provides regular analysis reports in order to monitor costs effectively Ensures his/her individual actions are aligned with Bayer’s DSO values, relevant compliance guidelines and other company regulations
WHO YOU ARE
Education: University degree, preferably in the field of clinical medicine or pharmacy Experience: Four to five years (+/-) of working experience in sales and marketing Knowledge & Skills: -Medical and pharmaceutical related knowledge -Negotiation and Communication skills - Leadership skills -Good command of both oral and written English
