Summary: Address customer complaints, quality concerns or questions; work with suppliers to perform defect analyses, complete 8D reports and work out continues quality improvement plans, then drive suppliers for the implementation of the corrective actions and follow up the effectiveness. Audit and evaluate new supplier. Prepare for customer audit, pre-audit the existed supplier to find out the non-conformance in quality system, process and quality control and work with them to achieve improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Handle customer quality complaints, conduct defect analyses with plants, complete 8D report and defects analysis report independently.
2.Summary quality data for analysis and generate quality improvement report.
3.Address quality relative questions from customers in terms of quality control, process control and coordinate with suppliers for preparation of relative documents.
4.Drive the plant to implement correction action plans, implement it and follow up the effectiveness of the improvement.
5.Work with supplier to prepare for customer audits, coordinate with new supplier for NPI qualification. Doing pre-audit, find out the nonconformance from both on-site management and documentation, push the supplier for improvements accordingly.
6.Evaluate new supplier, according to the statistics data of supplier’s production line and the audit and measurement of safety testing.
7.Additional tasks assign by reporting manager.

Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or above in Chemistry and Industry engineering.
2.Minimum 3 years’ working experience as customer service engineer or quality engineer with PCB industry.
3.Must have customer complaint and quality working experience in PCB manufacturing enterprise, have good understanding of PCB process control and quality control. Acquainted with PCB quality defect analysis, familiar with quality data analysis tooling such as of Plato, Fishbone diagram , 5-why etc.
4.Must have working experience of ISO/TS 16949 system, master the basic PCB acceptance standard, know IPC standard especially for as IPC-A-600, IPC-6012 etc.
5.Have knowledge about DOE and other quality inspection work, know of FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, etc.
6.Able to work independently, carry out the quality defect analysis and drive supplier for quality corrective actions.
7.Good English speaking, reading, writing skills, able to writing reports in English.
8.Working location is at Fu Zhou, Jiangxi, travel within Guangdong province is needed when requires.
9.Proficiency of MS office.
