Missions and Responsibilities Responsible for after-sales technical service of punching and shearing center, bending center and robot bending unit负责冲剪中心、折弯中心、机器人折弯单元的售后技术服务Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, training and on-site support负责设备进行安装、调试、维修、培训及现场支持Provide on-site guidance or telephone support for the daily use and maintenance of customer equipment对于客户设备的日常使用与维护给予现场指导或电话支持Feedback to customers on the results of their questions and visit them regularly及时向客户反馈客户提出问题的结果并定期回访 Cooperate with after-sales service sales manager to promote service sales配合售后服务销售经理促进服务销售 Relations & Environment Daily contact with customers of Salvagnini China;与萨瓦尼尼中国客户日常联系Daily contact with other department of Salvagnini China;与萨瓦尼尼内部各部门之间协调沟通 Requirements College degree above,major in manufacture/electronic/automatic or relate;大专及以上学历,机电、电气、自动化及相关专业Well understanding of mechanical and electrical熟悉机械与电气专业知识;Having practical ability and hard working spirit, can adapt to long-term business trip;具备一定的动手能力及吃苦耐劳精神,能适应长期出差及连续工作;Customer-centered with good sense of service,Good communication skill and social ability, team work ;以客户为导向,较强的服务意识,良好的人际沟通交往能力,注重团队合作More than 3years relate work experience will be perfered.具有3年相关工作经历者优先考虑;Good English skill, lever CET-4 above will be preferred;良好英语能力,英语四级以上者优先考虑.
