Basic job content

1. Responsible for translation of daily English business, receiving and sending e-mail;

2. Accept the tasks assigned by the supervisor;

3. Ensure translation quality;

4. Collation and collection of translation materials and knowledge management.

Qualifications:

1. Foreign students or workers;

2. Good foreign language listening and speaking skills, profound translation skills, proficient in Chinese and foreign translation, good Chinese writing;

3. More than 1 year translation experience, serious and meticulous work, quick thinking and strong sense of responsibility;

4. Working experience in editing and translation is preferred.

Manager of foreign trade department

1. Lead the Ministry of foreign trade to actively explore the international market, contact foreign customers, seek orders, and guide business negotiation and contract signing.

2. Responsible for foreign trade order negotiation, contract signing, document review, order management, transportation, customs declaration and foreign exchange collection, etc.

3. Responsible for the evaluation, tracking, management and risk control of foreign trade orders.

4. Responsible for foreign trade business process management and risk control.

5. Be responsible for the tracking of the production and supply of orders received, goods inspection, commodity inspection and customs declaration, and deal with the problems in each link in time.

6. Responsible for the sorting of customer data, and timely feedback and processing of customer requirements.

7. Be responsible for the proper handling of emergencies during the performance of the contract.

8. Responsible for the training and guidance of subordinate salesmen.

9. Complete the temporary tasks assigned by the general manager of the company.
