Major Responsibilities:
☆ 与客户保持很好的沟通，准确掌握客户己下订单的情况以及了解相关的订单预测 Soundly communicate with customer, know well customer placed orders as well as orders forecast；
☆ 根据客户要求的交货日期，安排生产计划，确保准时如期交付客户需要的产品 According to customer request delivery term, arrange production planning to ensure to deliver customer request product on-time；
☆ 根据客户要求的交货期限或公司制定的相关目标，对供应商的交货期限提出要求与改进建议 According to customer request delivery term and company setting objectives, arise the requests as well as improvement proposals about raw material delivery term to supplier；
☆ 与工厂内部其他部门保持很好地沟通与密切合作，以确保运作的顺利进行； Keep sound communication and close cooperation with inter departments to ensure operation smoothly；
☆ 及时处理突发事件，并确保其得到及时解决 Dispose accident issues to ensure them solved timely；
☆ 其它指定的工作 Other assigned work.

Qualifications:
本科或以上学历，机械工程或材料专业/B.S or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Technology:


Professional/ Specific Skills:
☆ 好的逻辑思维，做事有条理 Good logical thinking，organize things well
☆ 能很好地领会与掌握客户的要求与期望，并在充分沟通的基础上将其转化为工厂内部的行动 Understand well the requests and expectations of customer, moreover, transfer the requests and expectations into inter actions after fully negotiation with association departments；
☆ 有很好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，能跟踪事情的发展与结果直至完成； Sound communication skills and team work, well track the progress and result of things until the goal achieved；
☆ 好的电脑技能； Good computer skill；
