Duties/Responsibilities: -Review RFQ -Source for suppliers -Inquire factories for pricing -Negotiate pricing -Prepare price offers to clients / customers with ready quotes -Develop prototypes -Follow-up production -Follow on budget -Inspect goods -Follow on logistic tracking -Prepare relevant documents required for logistics -Other responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor
Travelling: 30% of total working time, and 95% of time in Guangdong
4. Skills -Internal and external communications -Foresee clients' needs and so on -Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus -Knowledge and experience in quality control, testing standards and social compliance are strong plus -Proven Project Management Skills -Experience working with the Suppliers to negotiate the costs and schedules -Independent thinking, strong organization and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential -Familiar with MS Office software, proficient in MS Excel -Skilled in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator appreciated -Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments -Ability to work from an ERP system for work/HR management
