岗位职责Responsibility:
负责生产部门的日常运营和管理，带领LSS生产团队，安全、保质、按时完成生产任务。
Manage production daily operations, lead production team to fabricate aquarium products on time with good quality in a safe way.
1.根据销售和运营计划，制定并执行生产计划，调配生产员工和资源进行生产活动，按时按质完成生产任务。
Make and execute production plan according to Sales and Operating plan, work on production staff and resources, coordinate production activities to complete production task on time with good quality.
2主持每天生产例会，根据生产进度分配和调整生产任务，协调处理生产中遇到的问题，确保车间生产现场工作顺利进行。
Lead production daily meeting, delegate work responsibilities to production teams according to production schedule, coordinate and solve issues occur during production, ensure production work of each workshop runs smoothly。
3.监督现场工作纪律，确保团队成员严格遵守公司各项规章制度和工作程序。
Monitor discipline in the factory, make sure production employees comply with company policy and work procedures.
4.联系澳大利亚和菲律宾设计和研发团队，以澄清设计或技术类的问题。
Contact with designing and R&D departments if any engineering or designing issue need to be clarified.
5.根据产品参数和物料清单申购生产/项目物料。
Apply purchase request of production/ project materials according to specification of products, bill of material.
6.不断优化物料的库存管理，包括定时盘点和调整安全库存量，将仓库物料和生产现场物料控制在合理的范围。
Continuously improve material management, including stock taking regularly and adjust material stock level, maintain material stock in an appropriate level.
7.进行生产现场安全巡查，通过培训和现场沟通不断提高员工的安全意识，让团队成员有在一个洁净和安全的环境中工作的概念Carry out safety walk in factory, continuously improve employee’s safety awareness by training and communicating, to promote concept of safe work in a clean and safe working environment.
8.不断尝试找到更加有效的工作方法，并相应制作和更新工作说明书和生产流程。
Continuously improve working methods, create and update work instructions and production process accordingly.
9.控制内部生产过程产品质量，参加解决影响产品质量的各种措施。
Control product quality during production process, participate in taking measures to solve quality problem of the products.
10.上级分配的其它任务。
Other tasks assigned by superior.

任职要求Job requirements：
1.本科以上学历，机械自动化及相关专业。
2.具备较强的计划协调及沟通能力。
3.较强的英语读、写、听能力，有国际项目/工作经验者优先。
4.八年以上相关工作经验，3年以上管理经验。
5.能力优秀者，可适当放宽面试条件。
