In charge of Quality Engineering, customer quality.
Job Responsibilities:
Initiate Product audit, perform product validation & periodic test, drive continual improvement to the product function and reliability;
Handle customer complaints (return, repair, service); coordinate corrective preventive actions to reduce 0KM/ warranty return rate, ensure the rate;
Communicate with customer, study & understand their current and future needs and ensure customer request or feedback reach to relative departments; prepare PSW per customer requirement;
In charge of the testing and validation of samples and issue relevant report to customer;
In charge of customer audit;
Support WCM activity;
Visit customer and keep good relation with customer;
Complete the work task assigned by higher leader.
Qualifications: 1、College or University, major in Industrial Engineering;
3, Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;
4, Good command of English in both spoken and written Capabilities & Desired Characteristics: 1, Good communication skills and interpersonal skills; Training 1, Orientation; 2, IATF 16949, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 Training;
